We select high-quality wet beans, pre-sorted and screened by farmers and collaborate with them to train them into Cacao-Trace certified farmers, which leads to a premium quality .

Furthermore, we hire and train community members to become professional Cacao-Trace fermentation masters and make the fermentation process the best. On top we build our own post-harvest centers, the cornerstone of value creation with professional equipment with optimized wooden box fermenters.

2 - GROW | BETTER REVENUE

For the high-quality wet beans we receive from farmers, we pay quality premium: it’s an extra
income for farmers, on top of the farm gate price.

For every kg of Cacao-Trace chocolate sold, we collect €0.10/kg. We collect this money and send 100% of it back to the cocoa farmers
